Because Detroit Beach is a community in a township – meaning that some conclude that it's not “modern” or “cosmopolitan” enough – there are a few folk who think that Detroit Beach real estate may not amount to much. But we beg to differ – Detroit Beach has excellent real estate values not only because of the fact that it's neighbors with the beautiful Lake Erie and the fascinating (not to mention educational – great for the kids) Sterling State Park, but also because of the people. The atmosphere of the community is quite conducive for peaceful and wholesome living. Furthermore, Detroit Beach is actually not that far away from the metropolitan areas and the like; it's just close enough to allow people to travel comfortably while at the same time being far enough to allow a sense of privacy.

Detroit real estate is therefore very desirable for young professionals and people seeking to raise families in a wonderful environment. The values for now are relatively cheap, and the people of the community are hard-working blue collar type workers, but wouldn't this be a great environment in which one can put roots?
